A single-cell and spatial transcriptomic atlas of mammalian tissue development
Charting cellular diversity and spatial organization across development and disease.
Understanding how cellular diversity emerges and is spatially organized during development remains a central challenge in biology. Here we present an integrated single-cell and spatial transcriptomic atlas profiling over 1.2 million cells across multiple tissues and developmental stages. By combining scRNA-seq with high-resolution spatial mapping, we reveal dynamic regulatory programs that orchestrate lineage commitment, tissue patterning and cell–cell communication. This resource, together with the interactive data explorer below, provides a foundation for investigating gene expression in both healthy and diseased states.
